Envogue Floral Studio – Terms & Conditions

Envogue Floral Studio goes to great lengths to source only the finest floral products for our customers—our reputation depends on it. However, flowers are a natural, perishable product, and on rare occasions they may not meet expectations.

Please note that flower life span varies depending on species. Some varieties will naturally last longer than others. As flowers are seasonal and market-dependent, there may be occasions where substitutions are required. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that there may be variations between the images shown on www.envoguefloralstudio.com and the final arrangement delivered.

Flower Longevity & Care

Typically, flowers last around 7 days when cared for properly. To extend their life, we recommend the following:

1. Cut stems on an angle (ideally under running water) immediately upon receiving them.
2. Use a clean vase filled with fresh water.
3. Change the water completely every two days and monitor water levels daily.
4. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight.
5. Avoid placing flowers near drafts or air-conditioning.

If your flowers do not last at least 5 days, please notify us within this timeframe by calling 0414 722 049. Provided they were properly cared for, we’ll be happy to replace them. A photo may be requested, and we will arrange for collection of the original arrangement at the time of re-delivery.

Cancelling Your Order

• Orders cancelled outside of 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will incur a 50% administration fee.
• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used.

Deliveries, Redelivery & Public Holidays

By placing an order, you agree to allow our drivers to use their best judgment when delivering. If no one is home, the flowers may be left in a safe location. We are not liable for the flowers once delivered under these conditions.

If a redelivery is required due to incorrect address details or an inaccessible delivery location, a redelivery fee will apply. You will be contacted prior to redelivery and offered the option to collect from our studio. If the redelivery is due to an error on our part, the fee will be waived.

If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to contact the recipient directly. All customer details will remain confidential.

Where deliveries are made to a building with a concierge or security desk, responsibility transfers upon delivery to the staff.

Saturday Deliveries

Saturday deliveries are contactless. Flowers may be left at the front door, a safe location, or with a neighbour if the property is inaccessible. A calling card will be left where possible.

Sundays & Public Holidays

We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Coupons & Discount Codes

All discount codes issued by Envogue Floral Studio are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Use of a code not explicitly provided to you, or without written permission, gives Envogue Floral Studio the right to charge you for the value of the discount obtained fraudulently.
